You'll also receive balloon mosaic numbers, with options ranging from 1 to 8, allowing you to customize your decorations to suit the age or milestone you're celebrating. And to complete the jungle ambiance, we've included a delightful balloon tree that you can place wherever you like, adding an extra touch of whimsy to your decor.

Our delivery and installation team will ensure that your party space is beautifully adorned, and the entire setup process typically takes between 1 to 1.5 hours. You can also adjust the color combinations to match your specific theme, although please note that certain color variations, such as double-layered balloons, may incur an additional charge. Simply send us an email with your order number, and we'll work with you to create the perfect look.

If you want to surprise your kids, we offer the option of delivering the decorations the night before the event, adding an element of excitement and anticipation to their celebration.

After the festivities, we'll arrange to pick up the balloon mosaic numbers and tree stand on the following Monday from your location, making the entire process hassle-free for you.

You can choose from a maximum of four colors for your decorations. To specify your color preferences, please send an email to info@balloonz.co.nz along with your order number for custom requests.

For transportation, please keep in mind that a large-sized vehicle such as a van or small truck may be required, and you might need to make two trips to accommodate the size of the decorations.

Our balloon garlands are designed to impress and last. When kept inside, they can maintain their vibrant appearance for up to 3-5 weeks, ensuring that your party remains lively and visually appealing throughout. If you plan to install the garland outside, we recommend doing so a couple of hours before the event to maintain its freshness and appeal.

To make hanging your decorations a breeze, we provide balloon garland strings that can be used to hang or tie the garland. For attaching the garland to the wall, you can purchase clear command hooks from Countdown or any other supermarket. These clear hooks are designed for attaching temporary items to the wall, and instructions for attaching and removing them can be found on the package.
