To ensure a smooth pickup and transport experience, a medium-sized vehicle is required for these garlands. Our Balloonz garlands are designed to last and can maintain their charm for 3-5 weeks if kept indoors. For outdoor installations, we recommend setting up the garland a couple of hours before the event to ensure it looks its best.

Please note that it's essential not to keep the balloon garland overnight or in a hot car for more than two hours, as warm conditions can cause the balloons to expand and pop. However, these garlands come attached in a shape that can be adjusted, and we provide you with balloon garland strings for easy hanging or tying.

For wall attachment, you can easily purchase command hooks from your local supermarket, such as Countdown. These clear hooks are designed for temporary use and can be attached and removed with ease. Please refer to the instructions on the package for guidance on how to use and remove them.

When it comes to convenience, you can choose to pick up your Grab & Go balloon garland from our location at 42 Aranui Road in Mt Wellington, Auckland. We also offer delivery services Auckland-wide from Monday to Friday for a fee of $40.

Our pick-up times are as follows: Monday to Friday (please inform us of your preferred time), Saturday (9-11 am), and we are closed on Sundays. Please note that we do not provide delivery services on public holidays.
