Our standard garland measures a generous 2.5 meters in width, creating a captivating visual focal point. The best part? You have the freedom to customize the color combination to suit your unique theme, with a maximum of four colors to choose from. Simply send your desired color combination and order number to our email at info@balloonz.co.nz, and we'll create a bespoke garland just for you.

To ensure smooth transportation, a medium-sized vehicle is recommended for pickup. Our Balloonz garlands are crafted to last, with an indoor lifespan of 3-5 weeks. If you plan to set them up outdoors, we suggest doing so a couple of hours before the event to prevent any surprises due to balloon expansion in warm conditions.

Please note that it's essential not to leave the balloon garland overnight or in a hot car for more than two hours, as heat can cause balloons to expand and potentially pop. Rest assured, our garlands come pre-assembled in a shape that can be easily adjusted, and we provide you with balloon garland strings for hassle-free hanging or tying.

For wall mounting, you can acquire clear command hooks from your local supermarket, such as Countdown. Detailed instructions for attaching and removing them are provided on the package.

Conveniently located for pickup at 42 Aranui Road, Mt Wellington, our delivery service is also available throughout Auckland from Monday to Friday at a flat rate of $40. Please specify your preferred pickup time on weekdays, and on Saturdays, we're open for pickups from 9-11 am, while we remain closed on Sundays and public holidays.
