The balloon archway can be customized to any color and size, ensuring that it perfectly matches your party's theme and decor. Balloons are a fantastic way to add a focal point to your celebration and create a festive atmosphere that everyone will enjoy.
The entire display area spans approximately 6 meters wide, offering plenty of space for your guests to enjoy. We also offer custom vinyl prints that can be designed to suit any theme, creating the ideal backdrop for your event. Our designer will work closely with you to create a print design that complements your vision.
For seating, we provide picnic tables that can accommodate 15-25 people. To enhance the thematic experience, we include themed plates, cups, and cutlery, along with a matching tablecloth that suits your party's theme. Additionally, you'll find two floral arrangements that add a touch of natural beauty to the setup.
We understand that convenience is key, so we offer delivery, setup, and pack-down services as part of the package. Our team will ensure that everything is in place, allowing you to focus on enjoying the party and making lasting memories with your little one.
In case of unexpected weather issues or the need for an outdoor setup, we recommend having a backup plan or a marquee available. Unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control, but we strive to make your event as smooth as possible.
Set-up time typically ranges from 2.5 to 3.5 hours, and for added convenience, we offer Monday pack-down. If you require same-day pack-down, it can be arranged for an additional fee of $150. You also have the option to include welcome signage rental for an extra $120 or add a ghost table for desserts to the package.
