To ensure that these balloons stay looking their best, we recommend ordering them for your event date. These balloons can stay aloft for up to 7 days, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the delightful display.

Our delivery service covers all of Auckland from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not offer delivery on public holidays. If you prefer, you can also pick up your order on Saturdays between 09:00 and 11:00 from our shop located at 42 Aranui Road, Mt. Wellington.

  • Please allow a 1-hour buffer for delivery and schedule setup at least 1.5 hours before your event. Delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm; Saturday, 7:30am–6pm; and Sunday, 9am–1pm. Early delivery is available upon special request; additional fees apply. Please email us with your order number.
  • Allow 1 hour for pack down -Pack-out hours: Sunday–Monday, 9am–1pm. Midnight pack-out is available by special request; please email us with your order number
  • Shipping is calculated for standard orders. Additional charges may apply for larger events requiring multiple items, extended setup/unloading time, or a larger vehicle or truck. Midnight pack-outs incur an additional $90 fee. If there are any additional specifications or extras, we will reach out to you. Regards - Balloonz team
