We understand the importance of a seamless experience, which is why our service includes both setup and pack down on the following business day. This ensures that your display is ready to impress when it matters most and is efficiently packed down afterward, relieving you of any logistical worries.

We offer flexible hire options, allowing you to choose between 4-5 days to showcase your brand and create memorable moments. Additionally, for your convenience, we provide after-hours pick-ups and same-day pack downs, although please be aware that extra charges may apply for these services.

  • Please allow a 1-hour buffer for delivery and schedule setup at least 1.5 hours before your event. Delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm; Saturday, 7:30am–6pm; and Sunday, 9am–1pm. Early delivery is available upon special request; additional fees apply. Please email us with your order number.
  • Allow 1 hour for pack down -Pack-out hours: Sunday–Monday, 9am–1pm. Midnight pack-out is available by special request; please email us with your order number
  • Shipping is calculated for standard orders. Additional charges may apply for larger events requiring multiple items, extended setup/unloading time, or a larger vehicle or truck. Midnight pack-outs incur an additional $90 fee. If there are any additional specifications or extras, we will reach out to you. Regards - Balloonz team
