Pick-up is available from our workshop in Mt. Wellington, Auckland. Please note that a van will be required for transportation. We also offer delivery and pack-down services Monday through Friday and on request for Saturday and Sunday deliveries.

A bond of $150 is required for rental, ensuring the safe return of items.

Prices for these additions range from $90 to $150, depending on the complexity of the design and the characters chosen. It's a fantastic way to infuse your event with personality and charm.

When it comes to logistics, we offer both pick-up and delivery options for your convenience. If you prefer to pick up the backdrop from our workshop in Mt. Wellington, Auckland, you have the flexibility to do so. Please note that transportation will require a van due to the size of the backdrop.

For a hassle-free experience, we provide delivery and pack-down services. Our team will ensure that the backdrop is safely transported to your specified address, and if needed, we can arrange deliveries on weekends upon request. This allows you to focus on other aspects of event planning while we take care of the setup and takedown.

As part of our commitment to ensuring the safe return of our items, we require a refundable bond of $150 for all rentals. This serves as a security measure and guarantees that our backdrop and accompanying elements are returned in excellent condition.

  • Please allow a 1-hour buffer for delivery and schedule setup at least 1.5 hours before your event. Delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm; Saturday, 7:30am–6pm; and Sunday, 9am–1pm. Early delivery is available upon special request; additional fees apply. Please email us with your order number.
  • Allow 1 hour for pack down -Pack-out hours: Sunday–Monday, 9am–1pm. Midnight pack-out is available by special request; please email us with your order number
  • Shipping is calculated for standard orders. Additional charges may apply for larger events requiring multiple items, extended setup/unloading time, or a larger vehicle or truck.
