The package includes:

  • Cupcake Stands: Elegant stands for displaying your delicious cupcakes.
  • Cake Stand: A beautifully crafted stand for showcasing your cake masterpiece.
  • Plinth for Florals: A stylish plinth that can be adorned with fresh or artificial florals.
  • Crepe Paper Flowers: Gorgeous crepe paper flowers to add a touch of whimsy.
  • Balloon Garland: A spectacular balloon garland that becomes yours to keep after the event.
  • Laser Cut Name: Personalized laser-cut name or message, serving as a keepsake from your celebration.
  • Ghost Table: A versatile table that can be used for desserts or other arrangements (desserts can be arranged at an additional cost; contact us via email with your order number).
  • Floral Rental: Access to a selection of floral arrangements to enhance the ambiance.
  • Milestone Signage: Custom design and print for milestone celebrations, yours to cherish.
  • Easel: An easel for displaying signage or artwork.

Our dedicated team will handle the setup, which typically takes 2 to 3 hours to ensure that every element is in place for your event. We offer delivery within 30km of Auckland, and you can count on us for Monday pickup to make your experience hassle-free.

For a seamless booking process, please provide us with the following details when you make your reservation:

  • Design Preferences: Let us know the number combinations and any specific design requests you have in mind.
  • Color Preference: Share your color choices to align with your event's theme.
  • Indoor or Outdoor Event: Specify whether your event will be indoors or outdoors.
  • Delivery Address: Provide the address where you'd like the setup to take place.
  • Delivery Time: Allow a 3-hour window for installation, so we can plan accordingly.
  • Event Start Time: Inform us about the start time of your event to ensure timely setup.
  • Pick-Up Time on Monday: Let us know when we can retrieve the setup.

Rest assured, we prioritize safety and quality. In the event of wet conditions or windy weather, we request an alternative setup location to ensure the best experience for you and your guests.

  • Please allow a 1-hour buffer for delivery and schedule setup at least 1.5 hours before your event. Delivery hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm; Saturday, 7:30am–6pm; and Sunday, 9am–1pm. Early delivery is available upon special request; additional fees apply. Please email us with your order number.
  • Allow 1 hour for pack down -Pack-out hours: Sunday–Monday, 9am–1pm. Midnight pack-out is available by special request; please email us with your order number
  • Shipping is calculated for standard orders. Additional charges may apply for larger events requiring multiple items, extended setup/unloading time, or a larger vehicle or truck.
